Q. What is the delivery?
The delivery will be ex-stock Australia and shipments will be made by Australian parcel post service within Australia or Economy International Parcel Post service for all overseas deliveries.
Q. Do I have to pay freight costs?
No, the cost of freight is already included in our competitive price structure, thus goods are provided FIS, excluding customs and handling charges at the final destination.
Q. What if I want larger quantities than itemised here?
Just contact us directly via email, fax or phone and we will be happy to quote to your requirements, including one-off orders or collective orders over a six-months or annual basis.
Q. Are there any alternative payment methods?
Yes, you can arrange to pay by the following methods:
- Company cheque – please note goods will not be despatched until cheque is cleared
- Bank cheque
- Bank Transfer direct to Genz Marketing’s bank account in Australia – contact us for details.
Q. Is there a warranty?
Genz Marketing warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for twelve months.
If in the unlikely circumstance a problem covered by this warranty develops then please call or email us so that we can discuss the problem encountered.
If the product is returned and inspection shows the problem was caused by a defect in workmanship or materials, Genz Marketing will replace the product without charge and return freight prepaid.
The warranty is void if:
- Alterations have been made to the product
- The Product has been mistreated, misused, improperly installed, maintained or operated.
Under no circumstances shall Genz Marketing Pty Ltd officers, directors, employees or marketing companies be liable for any damages beyond replacement as described above, including, without limitation, indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
The duration terms and conditions of this warranty are valid worldwide, except where different limitations, restrictions or conditions may be required by local law.
